Izmir NIC Ecosystem Development Programme training sessions will continue focusing on themes specific to the entrepreneurship ecosystem in its second session. Designed for the participation of interface organisations that offer support for entrepreneurs, such as TTOs, research and development centres and incubation centres, each training is held interactively to explore the fundamental issues related to the entrepreneur support mechanisms.

The comprehensive training programme is structured to provide a great understanding of the roles and responsibilities of the interface organisations within the entrepreneurship ecosystem. In doing so the programme enhances participants’ knowledge and skills through interactive sessions under the moderation of internationally experienced trainers. Each training addresses key concepts such as mentoring and coaching programmes, internationalisation, investment, entrepreneurship support programmes and promotion of the organisations and support programmes.

The second group of the training programme started on 12 – 13 October, with the first training titled “Developing Active Mentoring and Coaching Networks”. The first training will be followed by “Supporting Internationalisation” on 18 October, “Promoting Your Organisations and Programmes” on 20 October, “Developing and Delivering High-Impact Entrepreneurship Support Programmes” on 26 – 27 October, and will be concluded with the final training titled “Getting Companies Ready for Investment”.
